Yes, all our shipments are insured under international insurance. CMR ConventionThis means that your cargo is safe from pick-up to delivery. Standard insurance covers losses based on the weight of the cargo, but if you are sending particularly valuable items, we recommend that you inform us in advance to discuss individual additional insurance.

To ensure security and comply with EU legislation, we prohibit sending:

• Excise goods: Alcoholic beverages and all types of tobacco products.

• Hazardous materials: Flammable liquids, explosives, weapons or their parts, gas cylinders.

• Prohibited substances: Narcotic or psychotropic substances.

• Food products: Perishable products that require special temperature conditions.

• Cash,precious metals, gemstones.

Pickup (Dispatch)

The method of pick-up depends on the country you are sending from. You can choose either option when you fill in the order form:

From the address you provide: If you would like a courier to come directly from your home to pick up your parcel, please select the item on the order form „Collection from sender“. There is a fee for this service (€10 in Lithuania and DKK 75 in Denmark) and the fee will automatically be included in the total amount.

Delivery to collection point: *

• Lithuania: We accept shipments in all cities according to our pre-agreed route and collection points.
• In Denmark: The collection point is currently open only in Copenhagen.
  

  • IMPORTANT: If you choose this method, please tick the box on the order form „I will deliver myself to the collection point“. Once we have received your order, we will contact you personally to arrange the exact time and place for the delivery.

Delivery (Receipt)

We deliver parcels in both Lithuania and Denmark to the door of the recipient at no extra charge. You don't need to go anywhere to collect your parcel.

If the recipient cannot be reached at the specified address, the shipment is temporarily sent to our terminals: Kaunas (Lithuania) or Copenhagen (Denmark). The shipment is stored there free of charge until we contact the recipient. Then we jointly decide:

• Will the recipient pick up the shipment from the terminal themselves.

• Will the shipment be re-delivered by courier (additional fee may apply).

As soon as the courier picks up your package, you will receive a SMS message with confirmation and a unique tracking code. By entering this code in the "Track your order" section of our website, you will be able to see in real time which country your package is in.

You can find out the exact price by using our order form. You just need to select the city (pickup/delivery area) and the size of the shipment (weight/volume), and the system will instantly provide the final amount.
